Returns and Refunds

The right of withdrawal is regulated by Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005, Article 52 and following, which grants the right, if you are a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to your professional activity, or if you do not make the purchase indicating a VAT number in the order form, to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, provided you return the purchased item, intact and in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform berrinaitalia.shop of your decision to withdraw before the expiration of the Withdrawal Period.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must:
(a) use the FORM made available to you in the Customer Area of the Site under the RETURN REQUEST section; if this system is not functioning, send your request through the form present on the CONTACT page, selecting “RETURN REQUEST” from the dropdown menu.

In all cases of exercising the right of withdrawal, Berrinaitalia.shop will send the user an email confirming receipt of the withdrawal request.

It is your responsibility to organize the return shipment of the products. To minimize damage to the original packaging, we recommend that you, when possible, place it in a second box and avoid affixing labels or adhesive tape directly on the original packaging of the product.

The only costs you will incur are the shipping costs for the return of the goods.

The return of the product must occur within a period not exceeding 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

Berrinaitalia.shop will not be liable for any damage, theft, or loss suffered by the goods during the return at the customer’s expense.

Subject to any restoration costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging and the integrity of the goods, Berrinaitalia.shop will refund the full amount already paid as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, excluding shipping costs.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase order. In the case of payment by cash on delivery, the customer must provide an IBAN to receive the refund.

**Attention:** You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if you purchased the products with a VAT number.

**Methods and Limits of the Right of Withdrawal**

The law granting the right of withdrawal establishes the following conditions:

– The right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to withdraw only on part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, attachments, etc.);
– The return of the product must occur within a period not exceeding 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
– To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box; affixing labels or adhesive tape directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided;
– The only costs you will incur are the shipping costs for the return of the goods and not those of the initial shipping already borne by the seller;
– The shipment, until receipt at the seller’s warehouse, is your complete responsibility; in case of damage to the goods during transport, we will inform you within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in our warehouses, to allow you to promptly file a complaint with the courier and obtain a refund for the value of the goods (if insured); in this event, the product will be made available for your return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
– We are not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments;
– Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

**Return Procedure**

The procedure to follow once you have decided to exercise the right of withdrawal is as follows:

1. Send the return request using the FORM made available to you in the Customer Area of the Site under the RETURN REQUEST section.
2. Wait for a response accepting the return request. You will be informed of the address and details related to the location to send the return.
3. Prepare a suitable and protected package.
4. Send the goods, preferably using a tracked shipping method.
5. Wait for communication verifying the returned item.
6. Once the return eligibility is confirmed, you will receive the refund.

The right of withdrawal is not applicable in the following cases:
– Supply of goods made to measure or clearly customized;
– Supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons or related to health protection or articles that have been opened after delivery;
– Supply of goods that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly;
– Supply of sealed audio or video goods that have been opened after delivery;
– Supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines.
– Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
– Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., delay due to a natural disaster).

**Contract Modifications:**

These conditions of the satisfaction or money-back guarantee may be modified at any time without notice.

**Order Cancellation**

All orders can be canceled until shipment. If your order has been paid and you need to modify or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
