For shipments, both national and international when specified on the pre-order page, we rely on the best couriers in the market. In Italy, these may include Bartolini, GLS, and SDA.

Each company reserves the right to use the courier they deem most qualified based on the size, volume, and destination of the customer.

If you wish to choose the courier, it is advisable to express your request directly to the company during the first contact to confirm the order, that is, when you are called back to confirm the order.

**Delivery Times**

The delivery times are 1-2 working days. These may vary due to third parties, such as carriers or logistical issues. 98% of shipments are delivered within 48 hours of the phone confirmation of the order.

**Delivery Conditions**

The delivery of goods is made to the address indicated by the customer at the time of phone confirmation of the order.

If no phone confirmation is required, the order will be shipped to the shipping details entered in the order form. In case the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a delivery notice, and the customer can pick up the goods at the courier’s depot within 10 working days.

**Claims**

In the event of tampering or damage to the packaging, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by writing “RESERVE FOR GOODS CONTROL” on the courier’s delivery receipt.

The customer must then contact our customer service within 2 working days of delivery to initiate the claims procedure.

**Changes to Conditions**
